I believe therapy can be helpful in relieving painful and uncomfortable feelings, and it can be a journey of self discovery and awareness that will lead to a more fulfilling life. Therapy can address difficult situations, but it can also be helpful with normal problems in the normal course of life.
I offer therapy to adults and the approaches I use provide clients an opportunity to increase self-awareness and express themselves even when words are not enough. My therapeutic style integrates psychodynamic processes with skills based work. Psychotherapy can be intense at times, which is why I place value on compassion and humor in my practice.
